Rest assured that we are closely following official regulations to ensure we are prioritising the well-being of both our staff and customers. 
There may be delays in courier transit times, however your order will still be delivered to you as quickly and as safely as possible. We appreciate your patience in these difficult times. 

We recommend monitoring your local DHL service for up-to-date information on deliveries in your local area, as these vary from region to region.

We will send your order to you wrapped in Dundas tissue and in one of our luxury Dundas shopping bags.

We ship worldwide from our warehouse in Italy from Monday to Friday. All orders are sent via DHL.

DHL Express Delivery price dependant on destination and we are only able to guarantee same day dispatch for orders placed before midday, 12:00 GMT.

We ship to most countries DDP meaning Delivery and Duty Paid, therefore the relevant import taxes are included within the product price.

Once your order has left us, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Use this to track your parcel. Our courier will make 3 attempts to deliver your parcel. If the final attempt is unsuccessful, your parcel will be returned to us and we will process a refund.

Paid duties and taxes

Dundas World ships all orders DDP through our nominated courier service so that customers will not receive unexpected customs charges unless your nominated country does not allow this option. Please see below for a list of exclusions.

Unfortunately for orders shipped to the following countries they will be shipped DAP. As a result you will be required to pay import duties and taxes;

Afghanistan, Algeria, American Samoa, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Cameroon, Cape Verde, Central African Republic, Comoros, Cook Islands, Cote d'Ivoire, Cuba, Djibouti, Falkland Islands, Georgia, Greenland, Guam, Guinea Republic, Guinea-Bissau, Iran, Iraq, Kazakhstan, Kiribati, Korea, D.P.R Of, Republic of Kosovo, Kyrgyzstan, Macau, Republic of Macedonia, Marshall Islands, Mauritania, Federated State of Micronesia, Republic of Moldova, Republic of Nauru, Nepal, Niue, Palau, Saipan, Sao Tome and Principe, Seychelles, Sierra Leone, Solomon Islands, Somalia, Rep of Somaliland, Suriname, Syria, Tahiti, Tajikistan, Tonga, Tunisia, Tuvalu, Ukraine Uzbekistan, Vanuatu, Western Samoa and Yemen.

Returns

Please note that face masks are non-returnable for reasons of health and safety.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. We offer complimentary free returns.

Our products can be returned within 14 days of the original purchase of the product by contacting Customer Service at customerservice@dundasworld.com to get a Return Reference Number.

1. To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
2. The product was purchased in the last 14 days
3. The product is in its original packaging
4. The product isn't used or damaged
Subject to your statutory rights, products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

As soon as you get a Return Reference Number from Customer Service, you will be sent a Free Shipping Label and necessary documentation for your parcel.

Please send the product with its original packing and follow these simple steps:

1. Place your items back into the shipping box it came in along with the original packaging and with the return form fully completed.
2. Print and attach the shipping labels to the outside of your box. For non-EU customers, please also ensue the commercial invoice provided with your free shipping label, is affixed to the carton, and a copy handed to the driver/courier
3. Take it to your nearest DHL hub or call to arrange a collection at your convenience.

As soon as we receive the returned item, we will issue a refund. Please allow up to 10 days, before the refund reach your account.

Damaged items

If you received a damaged Product, please notify us immediately for assistance, providing photographic evidence where possible by emailing us at customerservice@dundasworld.com.

Sale items

Sale items can be refunded, subject to the foregoing policy terms.
