We will send your order to you wrapped in Dundas tissue and in one of our luxury Dundas shopping bags.
We ship worldwide from our warehouse in Italy from Monday to Friday. All orders are sent via DHL.
DHL Express Delivery price dependent on destination and we are only able to guarantee same day dispatch for orders placed before midday, 12:00 GMT.

A $25.00 (or equivalent in local currency) shipping cost will be added upon check out.
We ship to most countries DDP meaning Delivery and Duty Paid, therefore the relevant import taxes are included within the product price.
Once your order has left us, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Use this to track your parcel. Our courier will make 3 attempts to deliver your parcel. If the final attempt is unsuccessful, your parcel will be returned to us and we will process a refund.

Paid duties and taxes
Dundas World ships all orders DDP through our nominated courier service so that customers will not receive unexpected customs charges unless your nominated country does not allow this option. Please see below for a list of exclusions.
Unfortunately for orders shipped to the following countries they will be shipped DAP. As a result you will be required to pay import duties and taxes;
