Peter Dundas’ work has been honored at the new National Museum of Norway in which many of his iconic pieces are featured. The museum was opened to the public earlier this year in June. Dundas’ pieces can be found in an exhibition dedicated to Norwegian-born contemporary fashion designers, of which Dundas is a household name.

From Kim Kardashian to HRH Crown Princess Mette Marit, Dundas has dressed both European and Hollywood royalty. Dundas’ bespoke and intricate knowledge of how to dress the female form is exhibited through all of the pieces on show at the museume, including the iconic outfit worn by Emily Ratajkowski at the Cannes Film Festival 2017 and Ciara’s MET Gala 2019 look.. The exhibition also delves into his journey through the fashion world, featuring work from his time at the helm of both Cavalli and Pucci.

When asked about his designs being featured, Dundas explained that it is an ‘incredible honor’ and took great pride in visiting it earlier in the year with his partner, Evangelo Bousis, and their young son, Alexios.

The designs shown are on a two-year loan to the museum so make sure to see them before it's too late!
